Terms of return - items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

State of return - item must be as new

Reason for return - damaged or incorrect item

Process for return - to initiate a return, please contact Jewel Of Noo. Returning the correct item is the customers responsibility.

Process of refund - once the damaged or incorrect item has been received back by Jewel Of Noo a full refund will be issued. Payment will be sent within 1 working day of the return being received.

If item does not get delivered please contact to arrange refund.
